Solgar Vitamin E 268mg (400IU) contains vitamin E.

Vitamin E is a fat-soluble vitamin and can be found in foods like nuts, nut oils, olive oil, green leafy vegetables and avocados. Vitamin E (d-alpha tocopherol) is an antioxidant and supports cells from oxidative stress by free radicals. It also supports immune system function. Dietary supplementation can be of assistance to support dietary intake.

Ingredients

Each softgel contains: 
Vitamin E (400 IU) 268mg

Softgel Capsule Shell: gelatin (from bovine), vegetable glycerin (from palm kernel oil and coconut oil)
Bulking Agent: safflower oil, Antioxidant: mixed tocopherols, vegetable oil
Directions

Adults: As a dietary supplement for take one (1) softgel daily, preferably at mealtime or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Do not exceed directions for use.
