Vitamin E (from d-alpha-tocopherol acetate) 3.4mg
Black Cumin Seed Oil (Nigella Sativa) providing minimum 500mg containing:
Linoleic acid (Omega-6) 200mg
Oleic acid (Omega 9) 85mg
Stearic acid 10mg
Other ingredients: Hypromellose (vegetarian capsule).
Directions

Adults take: One liquid veggie capsule one to two times per day with water.
