Organic Tart Cherry Juice Concentrate (Prunus Cerasus)(fruit) 18g

Other Ingredients: Water, organic cultured dextrose (preservative).
Directions

To use: As a dietary supplement, shake well before use. Mix two tablespoons (1 fl oz) with eight ounces of chilled water and ice. One to two times per day. Refrigerate after opening.
