Each 2 capsule serve contains:Slippery Elm Bark (Ulmus rubra) 292mg    Aloe Leaf (Aloe ferox) 290mg    White Oak Bark (Quercus alba) 144mg    Gentian Root (Gentiana lutea) 72mg    Blue Vervain (Verbena hastata) (aerial parts) 72mg    Other ingredients: Rice bran, gelatin, silica, magnesium stearate, stearic acid.
Directions

Adults take: Two capsules per day with water as a dietary supplement.
