Retinyl palmitate 1.37 mg

Ascorbic acid (vitamin C) 30 mg
Cholecalciferol (vitamin D3) 10 mcg
  equiv. Vitamin D3 400 IU
d-alpha Tocopherol 20.1 mg
  equiv. Natural Vitamin E 30 IU
Selenium (as Selenomethionine) 50mcg
Zinc (as Amino Acid Chelate) 7.5mg
Silica – colloidal anhydrous 30 mg

Directions

Adults: Take two capsules daily (with food), or as professionally advised
Store below 30°C in a dry place
Precautions
  • When taken in excess of 3000mcg retinol equivalents, Vitamin A can cause birth defects. 
  • The recommended daily amount of Vitamin A from all sources is 700mcg retinol equivalents for women and 900mcg retinol equivalents for men. 
  • If you are pregnant, or considering becoming pregnant, do not take vitamin A supplements without consulting your healthcare professional.
  • This product contains Selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150mcg for adults of Selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.
  • Use only as directed and always read the label.
  • Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
  • If symptoms persist, consult your healthcare professional.

"For years I have had flaking and splitting nails, and I’ve tried a myriad of products to try and fix these issues. Finally, I seem to have found the solution with Skin, Hair & Nails, which I’m using in conjunction with Biotrace Bioactive Silica. It is quite possible that either one of these products could do the job on its own, right now I’m just delighted to have a solution, and will stick to these products! Great for strengthening brittle nails

"Have only been taking for a couple of weeks but seems to have improved my ridiculously weak and peeling nails - the sort that grow an inch and then peel and split. They seem stronger, not bendy or peeling or splitting. Hair a bit thicker too. No difference in skin texture though"
