TJ Clark Biotin Vitamin B7 Liquid Supplement: Biotin is also known as Vitamin B7, it is water soluble and is often included in the B-complex group. It is sometimes referred to a Vitamin H. Biotin is important for supporting energy production and normal childhood growth and development. It supports healthy blood sugar levels, and energy production from food in the diet.

TJ Clark's Biotin Liquid Supplement is formulated with their special plant-based catalyst. Each serving contains 300 mcg of biotin, and the liquid allows you to easily adjust the dosage to meet your own personal needs.

Biotin supports the maintenance of healthy hair and scalp as well as strong fingernails.

Biotin supports the healthy production of insulin to support healthy and stable blood sugar levels.

Biotin is important for supporting the healthy metabolism of protein, carbohydrate and fats for energy in the body.

Biotin helps in the healthy metabolism of other vitamins including Folic acid, Pantothenic acid (B5) and Cobalamin (B12).

Each serve contains:

Vitamin B7 (Biotin) 300 mcg

Phytogenic Mineral Catalyst 100mcg (Containing but not limited to Calcium, Chloride, Cobalt, Chromium, Magnesium, Boron, Manganese, Molybdenum, Selenium, Iron, Copper, Phosphorus, Sulfur, Potassium, Iodine and Zinc)

Also contains: Purified water, organic vanilla flavor, natural cane sugar, potassium sorbate (0.1%).
Directions

Take: 5 ml once daily with food.
