Whether you're working out, navigating a busy day or just staying active, Hydrate4 supports cellular fluid balance, energy, performance and recovery, making hydration deliciously easy.

Available in three refreshing flavours, Raspberry Lemonade Salt, Pineapple Salt and Passionfruit Mango Salt, in convenient on-the-go sachets for hydration that keeps up with your lifestyle.
Ingredients

Each 6gm sachet contains:Sodium (as Natural Sea Salt) 1,000mgPotassium (as Citrate) 300mgCalcium (as Citrate) 175mgMagnesium (as Citrate) 100mgAlso contains: Malic acid, beta-carotene, natural mango and passionfruit flavours, stevia and beetroot powder.
Directions

To use: Dissolve 1 sachet in 500–750ml of water, depending on your flavour preference. Take 1-2 sachets daily depending on your level of activity or as professionally advised.
