"I was looking for a plant based product that contains EPA and DHA in one pill. I Used to eat freshly ground flaxseed every day, but the process to convert ALA in flaxseeds into EPA and DHA is apparently relatively inefficient. That's why I am taking this product and I feel good with it. I take 2 soft gels twice daily."
