Description
Dolphin Clinic Myrrh Pure Essential Oil is useful for antiseptic and immune support, and is especially useful for lung support. Myrrh can support healing of the skin, particularly where there is fungal imbalance.

Fragrance notes:

Blends well with frankincense, orange sweet, sandalwood, rose.

Plant Part: Resin

Directions

All essential oils should simply be blended in a carrier oil before applying to the skin. The dilution rate is usually 5 drops of essential oil blended into 10ml of carrier oil (carrier oils such as almond, apricot, avocado, jojoba, etc.).

Use: 4-8 drops in a vaporiser or diffuser.

Blend 2 drops myrrh, 3 drops NZ manuka, 2 drops lemongrass into 20ml of almond oil and use on damaged skin or where support for fungal imbalance is needed. 
Precautions
  • Never ingest essential oils.
  • Never use them undiluted on your skin.
  • If accidentally ingested do not induce vomiting, follow with olive oil or milk and seek advice from a health professional.
  • Avoid contact with eyes - flush with water.
  • Keep out of reach of children
  • Never use essential oils topically on babies under 3 months old (except under the guidance of a qualified therapist).  If using topically with children, halve the amount of essential oils used (e.g. 2 drops per 10 ml).
  • Avoid continual repetitive use - not more than 4-5 days in any week, unless in severe circumstances or under the guidance of a healthcare professional.
  • Avoid during pregnancy.
