Shatavari has different names in the different Indian languages. Shatavari or Asparagus racemosus is the most popular Ayurvedic herb used for women's health and to support the reproductive system particularly for females and as a support for the digestive
system.

Directions

Adults: As a dietary supplement, we recommend that you take 1 to 2 tsp after meals or as suggested by your health practitioner.Can be taken with warm milk or water. Keep at least 2-hour gap between other prescription drugs.
