Description
Life Extension Acetyl-L-Carnitine helps support healthy cellular energy metabolism by assisting in the normal transport of fatty acids from the cytosol into the mitochondria within the cell, where fats are oxidised to produce the cellular energy (adenosine triphosphate or ATP). Ingredients

Vitamin C (as ascorbyl palmitate) 4mg

Acetyl-L-Carnitine (from acetyl-L-carnitine hydrochloride) 500mg

Also contains: Vegetable cellulose (capsule), microcrystalline cellulose, silica.
Directions

Take: 1 capsule two to four times daily, or as recommended by a healthcare practitioner.

This product is best utilised when taken on an empty stomach with water or juice in divided doses 45 minutes before breakfast and lunch.
