Description
Nordic Naturals Arctic Cod Liver Oil is made from 100% wild Arctic cod, this great tasting cod liver oil comes in 4 different flavours; lemon, strawberry, orange and unflavoured, each one providing 1060mg of total omega-3 essential fatty acids (EFA’s). Omega-3’s support brain and eye health, and the immune, nervous and cardiovascular systems.
EFA’s are nutrients that are essential for optimal health. They cannot be produced by the body so must be obtained through the diet and/or supplementation. DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) and EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) are important omega-3 fatty acids.
Nordic Naturals has always used 100% Arctic cod livers in their cod liver oil formulas - no fish body oils or synthetic additives are ever used. Arctic cod naturally contain significant levels of the omega-3 EFA’s, in particular, DHA. It also contains EPA as well as naturally occurring vitamins A and D.
Nordic's patented flavoured Arctic Cod Liver Oil liquids are perfect for individuals who don't like to swallow pills.

"I couldn’t run because I was getting shin splints and sore knees, but this in combination with gelatin and hyraluronic acid has helped me run with out pain. It has also made my Skin more supple. I hate the unflavoured but buy it because I think it has more product than the flavoured version. It’s. Not so bad it you eat straight afterward. I like this brand because it doesn’t contain mercury or other heavy metals like so many other cod liver oils do"

"This is an ok mid-range cod liver oil. Very mild tasting. Colour is light. I don't feed the benefits as well as I have when I've had better quality oil, but if this is all that's available then it's not a bad choice."

Unfortunately made husband sick
"We’ve been using fermented cod liver oil (green pastures) for years with no trouble but this product made my husband sick. I didn’t realise you’re supposed to only have with food, but even with that my husband still felt nauseous after consuming. So can’t recommend unfortunately."
