Each 1 tablet serve contains:Copper (elemental) (from 30mg Copper Bisglycinate) Albion) 3mg DV 333%Organic Fruit & Veggie Blend 50mg (Organic blend of Cauliflower, Spinach, Carrot, Beet, Tomato Blueberry, Cranberry, Cherry, Raspberry, Strawberry).Other Ingredients: Microcrystalline Cellulose, Maltodextrin (non-GMO), Citric Acid, Stearic Acid (vegetable source), Silicon Dioxide and Ascorbyl Palmitate.
Directions

Adults: Take 1 tablet daily with a meal.
