Turmeric Extract - 95% curcuminoids 80mg

Organic Trikatu (Long Pepper fruit, piper iongum) 15mg

Organic Black Pepper seed (piper nigrum) 15mg

Organic Ginger rhizome (zingiber officinale) 15mg

Also contains: Organic vegetable pullulan capsules.
Directions

Take: 1-2 capsules with food & water twice a day for at least 3 months or as directed by your healthcare provider.
