Stopped my nail biting habit
"I bought a pottle of ProLife AntiBite B1 tablets prior to travelling to Cambodia in anticipation of insect bites. I took it for a month prior to going. I noticed that I had stopped biting my nails (a habit of 40+ years) but didn't initially relate it to the tablets. However, within a week of not taking the tablets, I was back biting my nails again. I went back on the ProLife AntiBite B1, and sure enough I lost all desire to bite my nails. Have stopped and started 3 times now - its definitely the tablets. When I take the tablets my nails grow long and strong, no splitting. I can't understand it. People tell me its psychosomatic, but any life long nailbiter will tell you that it takes more than that to give up a need that is so ingrained, so strong. I do not have shares in ProLife, I just know that it worked for me. Someone do a study please!!"

"I was a little dubious if this would help after getting eaten alive by mozzies after moving to Hawke’s Bay from Dunedin. BUT it actually made a HUGE difference after only really a few days. I started with two a day and actually was able to just take one a day by my second bottle. I will definitely be stocking up again once it warms up again!"
