Each capsule contains:

Magnesium amino acid chelate 600mg
Magnesium citrate 32.37mg
Magnesium total (equiv. to elemental magnesium 125mg) 632.37mg
Ascorbic Acid (vitamin C) 25mg
Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) 250IU
Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine) 5mg
Magnesium stearate
Microcrystalline cellulose
Colloidal silicon dioxide

No artificial preservatives, flavouring or colours.
Directions

Take: 2 capsules once or twice a day.
