"This review is not about Radiance or the quality of the product itself but it didn't suit me. I was careful to follow instructions but when taking it daily I felt very bloated and my joint pain increased rather than decreased. I stopped taking it and within 24 hours returned to my previous normal status. Started taking it again after a break and the same happened. It was not mind over matter. I have a history of not tolerating cows milk (lactose) and perhaps there is a relationship as this is from a bovine source. I cannot think of any other explanation. I do not have the same issue with another collagen product from a different source."
