Menopauzzz Night & Day is formulated to allow flexible dosing to suit your individual day-night rhythm, while staying within the recommended daily dose. Dosing may be adjusted depending on when support is most needed. If night-time is more challenging, take 2ml one hour before bed. If daytime support is preferred, take 2ml during the day, such as 1ml on waking and 1ml at lunch. A split night and day dose may also be used, for example 1ml one hour before bed and 1ml on waking.
