Directions

Massage: 2.5g (1/2 teaspoon) twice daily to different areas of the body e.g. inner arms or thighs, neck, abdomen and breasts.

Use morning and night, changing the area on the body each time. If separation of the ingredients occurs, stir well.

Safe to use alongside prescription medications or other natural hormonal support supplements. For external use only.
